Cancellation Policy
We have a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made at
least 48 hours before the scheduled class or activity. Unfortunately, no
refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this timeframe.
Booking Responsibility
Booking for classes or activities is the sole responsibility of individuals
aged 18 and over. By booking, you confirm that you meet this age
requirement.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United
Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled
under local jurisdiction.
Transaction Records
Cardholders are advised to retain a copy of transaction records and
our merchant policies for their reference. This ensures clarity and
transparency regarding your purchases.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their
